-Termination and Suspension:

 Raha reserves the right to terminate or suspend the accounts of users who violate the usage policy, without prior notice, to ensure that a safe, professional and stable environment is maintained.

Intellectual Property:

 Raha retains all rights, including copyrights, trademarks and patents, to all content and services provided, and users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or renting any part of the services or content provided without prior written permission.

 Users' obligations:

 Users undertake not to post or distribute content that violates the rights of others, contains viruses or malware, contains defamation, hate speech, pornography, propaganda of violence, or encourages illegal activities, and users must abide by applicable laws and regulations.

-Indemnification:

 In the event of any claims, losses, damages, or costs resulting from the user's use of the services in a manner that violates the usage policy, the user agrees to compensate the [Raha] platform and has the right to take all legal measures to ensure its protection.

Technical restrictions:

 Users must respect technical restrictions on the Services, such as usage limits, and not attempt to bypass these restrictions by any technical or non-technical means.

Digital Security:

Users must adhere to best practices in digital security, including using antivirus software and avoiding suspicious links.

 Fair use:

 Users are encouraged to use the Platform fairly, ensuring that resources are distributed equally among all users

 -Business transactions:

 All business transactions conducted through the Platform, including payment and billing, must be transparent and compliant with applicable laws and terms of service.

Advertising and promotion:

 It is not allowed to use the platform to post advertisements or promotional materials without obtaining prior approval from the [Raha] platform. All advertisements must be in compliance with the usage policy and not infringe the rights of third parties.

Sustainability and the environment:

The [Raha] platform encourages the use of services in a responsible manner that supports sustainability, respects the environment, and promotes efficiency in the use of resources.

-Updates and maintenance:

The [Raha] platform reserves the right to conduct periodic updates and maintenance of the services, and this may result in a temporary suspension of access to the services for which users will be informed of any previously scheduled comments.

 Complaints and feedback:

 Raha's platform appreciates all complaints and observations and considers them an opportunity to improve services. Users are encouraged to reach out to technical support to provide any constructive feedback.

-Disputes:

 In the event of any disputes arising between users and the [Raha] platform, they should be sought to be resolved amicably. If an amicable solution is not possible, legal action must be resorted to in accordance with applicable laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Usage Agreement is governed and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and completely subject to the regulations in force by the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
